Members who have not pledged their 2020 membership, or requested a refund will automatically have credit applied to their 2021 membership.

Our members have been incredible throughout the year and we can't wait to be playing in front of you during the 2021 season.

HOW TO LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT

You can access your account here by logging in using your username and password. To change your opt-in status, click on the 'Manage Renewals’ section. The ‘Automatic Renewals’ check box should be selected if you wish to participate in the auto-renewal process, or unselected if you wish to opt-out. You can also update your contact details when logged into your account.

Forgotten your password or first time logging in?
Simply click on the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link located next to the Password field when you visit the ‘My Account’ tab. From here you will receive an email and can change your Password.

Option 1: Loyalty Membership Pledge (now closed)

The Loyalty Membership Pledge closed on 25th September 2020. West Coast Fever wishes to thank all members who have pledged their memberships in 2020. Your contribution will help the Club bounce back in 2021.

Loyalty Packs have been sent to pledge members, which includes;
- Loyalty Pin to wear with pride on game day
- 2020 West Coast Fever Scarf
- Poster personally signed by a West Coast Fever player
- Loyalty Membership pricing on your 2021 season membership renewal (which are frozen on 2020 prices)
- Complimentary invitation to an exclusive end of season West Coast Fever Event, which we look forward to sharing with you

The Loyalty Membership Pledge was available to full Season Ticket membership categories only.

Members who pledged their membership will retain seating preferences for 2021 (subject to Government, or Venue imposed guidelines due to COVID-19).

Only Primary Account Holders can lodge a Member Loyalty Pledge. All associated Secondary Account Holders connected to the Primary Account Holder will also receive the benefits of the Member Loyalty Pledge, such as the Loyalty Pack. The Loyalty Membership Pledge is available to season ticket membership categories only, which includes Flight Centre Circle, Box, Emerald, Green Zone, Middle Tier and Wings members.

By participating in the Loyalty Membership Pledge, the Primary Account Holders must acknowledge that if home games are reduced, or do not take place at all, you agree to wave all rights to home game benefits included in the 2020 West Coast Fever Membership Terms and Conditions* and any future right to seek compensation for any games not able to be held in Perth during the 2020 Suncorp Super Netball Season.

Option 2: Apply credit on your 2021 Membership

Commencing 5th October 2020, Primary Account holders who did not complete the Loyalty Membership Pledge were provided with the option to apply credit to their 2021 season membership renewal, for the value of games not delivered as part of your 2020 membership.

Credit is the default option provided to 2020 members (with the exception of Fever Supporter members).

The value of the game portion of your 2020 membership will be carried forward into 2021 and you will only pay for your 2021 Administration and Pack Fee, which includes the costs to service your membership, any additional benefits and your membership card and pack.

Members who credit their membership will retain seating preferences for 2021 (subject to Government, or Venue imposed guidelines due to COVID-19).

All members who renew for 2021 will receive a Renewal Price Freeze on your 2021 membership renewal. This means the overall price of your membership package will not increase. You will only pay for your 2021 Administration and Pack Fee.

Credit is not available to Fever Supporter members who received their full membership benefits in 2020.

Membership Credit was communicated to renewing members who did not participate in the Membership Loyalty Pledge, as the default option to renewing members on 5th October, alongside the 28-day opt-in/out Auto Renewal period.

If you are opted out of the auto renewal process, you will still have the opportunity to secure your 2021 membership, however, you will need to renew your membership manually from 16 November 2020. 

If you intend to make changes to your 2021 membership, such as changing your seats, membership category or type (e.g. Changing a junior to a concession), or adding additional members, members were required to opt-out by 1 November 2020 and renew manually from 16 November. If you require changes after this date, please contact the membership hotline on 1300 540 233 between 6am - 2:30pm AEDT, Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) or email membership@westcoastfever.com.au

Credits applied to 2021 relate to the value of the game portion of 2020 membership only. The credit excludes a 2020 Administration and Pack Fee for the value of any benefits delivered to you already in 2020 (such as servicing your membership, your membership pack items and card). 

These 2020 Administration and Pack fees are listed in the below link for each membership category. 

Members who Credit will only pay for their 2021 Administration and Pack Fee, as any game value will be automatically applied on your renewal.

Upgrade pricing was provided to renewing 2020 membership on 27 October 2020, which included an additional fee to upgrade to a new membership category.

To participate in these upgrade options, members were advised they need to opt-out of auto renewal. This action cannot be completed after the deadline of 1st November 2020.

If you have missed this deadline and would like to discuss upgrade options, please contact the Membership team to assist from 16th November on 1300 540 233 between 6am - 2:30pm AEDT, Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) or email membership@westcoastfever.com.au

Option 3: Refund on the game portion of your 2020 membership

The option to apply for a refund has closed. 

Members who did not complete the Loyalty Membership Pledge were provided with the option of a refund between 5th October to 1st November for the value of games not delivered as part of your 2020 membership.

All 2020 memberships after this date will default to the Credit option (excluding members who have completed the Loyalty Pledge and Fever Supporter members).

All refunds exclude an Administration and Pack Fee for the value of any benefits delivered to you already in 2020 (such as servicing your membership, your membership pack items and card).

Members who receive a refund, will waive any rights to renewal seating entitlements for the 2021 season, along with maintaining renewal or loyalty price entitlements.

The option of a refund was available from 5th October to 1st November.

Please note that it may take up to 20 business days to process REFUND requests. Once processed, any refund may take up to three to five business days to appear in your account.

All refunds exclude an Administration and Pack Fee for the value of any benefits delivered to you already in 2020 (such as servicing your membership, your membership pack items and card). These fees are listed in the below link for each membership category. Your refund will include your original 2020 Membership purchase, less the Administration and Pack Fee and any Service and Handling Fees of $7.95 per transaction.
