The home side took a narrow one-goal lead at the first break which ignited an 11-goal blitz by the Fever in the second term.
Jasmah Haywood (33) was once again impressive on the score board, paired with Sophia Lamers (18) and Sloan Burton (16).
Following Fever’s SSN win earlier that day, Zoe Cransberg held the centre bib for the final three quarters of the Reserves game, rotating with young gun Clara Wigley.
In defence, vice-captain Caitlyn Brown and Scarlet Jauncey were particularly influential in the second and third quarter, holding the Vixens down to allow a pivotal Fever lead.
The sides dominant regular season performance has sent them straight through to the Grand Final on Sunday, 22 June at 12:15pm WST. Fever will face the Melbourne Mavericks at the Waverley Netball Centre.
