West Coast Fever training partner Sloan Burton took home the MVP after a class performance in Goal Attack.
The Firebirds managed a two-goal lead after the first term, which ignited the need for some quick goals by Burton and Olivia Wilkinson to put them up at half time.
After a tied up third quarter, Fever ran away in the fourth by five goals to cement the comfortable win.
Following her an important performance during Fever’s Suncorp Super Netball win earlier that day, Wilkinson fired off 23 goals for the Reserves. She faced fellow SSN athlete Ashlee Barnett in defence.
Jasmah Haywood has continued to impress with 25 goals to her name, whilst Burton shot eight.
Caitlyn Brown’s defensive experience was crucial against SSN athlete Abigail Latu-Meafou in keeping their side as low scoring as possible during the fourth quarter.
The Reserves are now preparing for a double header Round Six away, facing the QBE Swifts Academy on Saturday, 7 June and the Giants Netball Reserves on Sunday, 8 June in Sydney.
