The England Roses captain has played 48 games and had a breakout season this year, claiming her first best and fairest.
She is also coming off the back of a fierce Commonwealth Games campaign, leading the English side to fourth place in Glasgow.
Williams said she is more motivated than ever to win a premiership in the Green Dress.
“It feels very special to be returning to Fever in 2027 and I am so excited to continue getting better with this Club,” she said.
“We are so lucky to have the best fans in the League, and I can’t wait to get back to playing at RAC Arena and going after that premiership!”
West Coast Fever General Manager Sara Francis-Bayman said re-signing the 2026 Stacey Marinkovich Medallist was a priority for the Club.
“Fran had as fantastic season this year and she became an important part of our future plans for the Club as we chase a second premiership,” she said.
“What she brings to West Coast Fever, on and off the court, is incredibly valuable and we’re very excited to see what she can do these next two years.”
