After a 2020 season spent in a Queensland hub, Grand Finalists West Coast Fever are back and ready to light up RAC Arena in the most highly anticipated season of Suncorp Super Netball yet!
With seven home games at one of Australia’s best indoor venues, Fever are ready to reconnect with the passionate Green Army of supporters.
The release of tickets comes off the back of the recent announcement by WA Premier Mark McGowan that RAC Arena will be operating under a full 100% seating capacity.
The Club launched tickets for all home games at RAC Arena via Ticketek at 12pm today, Tuesday 13th April with prices starting from only $25* for Adults and $22.50* for Juniors 16 and under.
Widely regarded as having one of the most unique and interactive fan game day experiences in Suncorp Super Netball, the stakes will be raised once again with members and supporters treated with the return of dance cams, light shows, music and more in 2021.
In her final season with West Coast Fever, following her appointment as Origin Diamonds Head Coach, Stacey Marinkovich is eager to put on a show in front of the Perth faithful.
“After a season spent on the road in 2020 and the challenges associated with that, the whole team is bursting with excitement to run out for that first time in Round 2 in front of the best and loudest fans in Australia,” Marinkovich said.
“With the increase of venue capacity to 100% at RAC Arena, we’d love to see as many of the Green Army there as possible in May. Let’s fill the venue!”
“We showed in 2020 we have the grit to match it with the best in the competition and through our continued focus on our skill development and ability to execute our game plan with great cohesion and variation, we’re eager to go one better.”
With fans starved of live action in 2020, despite the Club running several live events in Perth during the year, West Coast Fever General Manager (Pathways & Performance), Sue Gaudion is urging the WA public to pack out RAC Arena.
“Our vision is to be averaging 10,000+ fans a game. We have such an amazing venue, passionate member base, and our commitment is to play a brand of netball that leaves our supporters walking away knowing we’ve left nothing on the court, each and every week,” Gaudion said.
“Whether you’ve attended games in years past, or perhaps are curious to attend for the first time, we urge you to make 2021 your year of Fever. Our game days are something else. You won’t regret it!”
All Netball WA members will be treated to an exclusive 2 for 1 ticket offer, thanks to the Gold Industry Group to attend one game of the 2021 season. This offer is a special reward to the netball community in WA and celebrates the Gold Industry Group’s strong association with both Netball WA and West Coast Fever as Principal Partner. Netball WA members can check their emails for more information.
Tuesday’s release of tickets on sale coincides with the launch of a new ground -breaking documentary series - Everything Is Possible: Inside Season 2020. The 6-part documentary provides a raw, unscripted and uncensored perspective on the most ferocious netball competition in the world as 8-teams battled it out in 2020 for the ultimate prize. It will leave audiences wanting more for the season ahead. You can catch all the documentary action on FOX SPORTS and Kayo.
Memberships for season 2021 are now on sale and offer the most affordable way to secure the best seats at RAC Arena, with additional exclusive benefits including a membership merchandise pack, card and priority access to any home finals games.
West Coast Fever will play its first home game of the 2021 Suncorp Super Netball season against the NSW Swifts at 6pm on Saturday 8th May at RAC Arena. It will be the first time the two teams have clashed since Fever’s 2020 quarter final win in Queensland.
