West Coast Fever’s opponent for Saturday night’s Suncorp Super Netball game at 6pm at RAC Arena has been officially confirmed by the league as Adelaide Thunderbirds.
The match-up is part of a revised Round 11 fixture resulting from the relocation of four SSN teams to South Australia yesterday due to the evolving COVID-19 situation across Australia.
All tickets purchased for Saturday, July 17 at RAC Arena remain valid and the club is encouraging as many fans to attend as possible for what is expected to be the last home fixture for the season and coach Stacey Marinkovich’s last game in front of the Green Army before she departs at the end of the season to become full-time Australian Diamonds Coach.
West Coast Fever are scheduled to join the other SSN teams in South Australia next week to play home and away matches for the remainder of the season.
Ticket holders for West Coast Fever’s three remaining home games originally scheduled for Perth have been contacted by Ticketek regarding refunds and the club is currently working through the next steps for members.
Further updates to members will be provided as soon as possible, and we appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as the Club works through this process.
We are looking forward to a big crowd at RAC Arena on Saturday night to give Coach Stacey Marinkovich a fitting farewell. Tickets are still available.
