Fever are coming off the back of a strong win against the Giants at RAC Arena with the victory putting them second on the ladder.
Ryan said he was happy with the win and the atmosphere around the club.
“I think we've had a great shift in our environment over the past seven days, and the game was indicative of that,” he said.
“I was very pleased with the performance and the end result but there were certainly parts of our game throughout the course of the game where we know we can be so much better.”
Last week’s results puts Fever in a position where if they win on Saturday, they will play the NSW Swifts in the Major Semi Final in Sydney and secure the double chance.
Despite the stakes, Ryan insisted his team are focussed on what’s in front of them and won’t underestimate Collingwood.
“It's a hugely important game, it's a matter of simply getting the job done,” he said.
“We know what's at stake and we know what's ahead of us if we can secure the points this weekend.
“The Magpies at their best can beat any team in the competition, there's no question about that. Our wires are firmly fixed on a really good performance against Collingwood.”
Collingwood will be playing their final Suncorp Super Netball game against Fever and provided the upset of the round when they beat the Thunderbirds a fortnight ago.
Ryan said the Magpies will likely be fired up when they play.
“It's a challenging week in the fact that it's going to be a really heightened game,” he said.
“There will be a lot of emotions and potential distractors and we need to make sure that we've just got our eyes firmly fixed on the job we need to do.
“We need to show no mercy and be really clinical and how we want to play the game because we're trying to secure that second spot.”
Last week’s game at RAC Arena set the record for the highest attendance of a West Coast Fever regular season crowd for the second week in a row with 11,013.
Ryan said it’s an honour to be playing with such enthusiastic support and it’s something his players cherish.
“To get over 11,000 fans at RAC Arena for our home and away game is a significant result, it's by far the best in the country.
“It's a credit to the supporters that jump on board the journey and ride the wave with us.
“It is something we try and be really grateful for that we get to step on that amazing arena and play in front of all those crowds.”
You can watch Fever take on the Collingwood Magpies on Saturday 17 June live on Foxtel or Kayo Sports from 5pm WST
