The Situation
West Coast Fever head to the Sunshine Coast for this Pride Round match against the Sunshine Coast Lightning, which will help promote netball as a place where everyone feels welcome and accepted, irrespective of gender or sexuality.
The match will include rainbow bibs, shoelaces, badges and court decals to signify the Fever and Lighting’s support of LGBTQIA+ communities.
Fever will enter the contest in top place on the ladder with 6 wins and 2 losses so far this season, while the Lightning are in bottom position with 3 wins and 5 losses, yet sit only 1 win outside the top four in one of the closest Suncorp Super Netball seasons on record.
Moments to Watch
