Chelsea Pitman has been elevated into West Coast Fever’s squad of 10 for today’s match against the Queensland Firebirds, with Alice Teague-Neeld remaining unavailable due to Covid-19 Health and Safety Protocols.
Pitman returned to West Coast Fever as a member of the club’s extended squad for the 2022 Suncorp Super Netball season and played at the Team Girls Cup pre-season competition.
The Commonwealth Games and World Championship gold medallist has represented both Australia and England as a dual citizen, and previously played for West Coast Fever in 2014.
Today’s Round 3 game at Nissan Arena in Brisbane starts at 12pm(wst) / 2pm(est) and will be broadcast live on Foxtel, Kayo and Kayo Freebies.
