The Situation
West Coast Fever return to RAC Arena for the first time since Round 1 following a three-game stint on the road, which included wins over Collingwood and the Firebirds, and a loss to Melbourne Vixens on Tuesday night.
The Swifts will also arrive in Perth off a tight turn-around, having claimed a thrilling one-point win over the Thunderbirds in Adelaide on Wednesday night.
They currently sit in fifth place on the ladder with a pair of wins and losses, while Fever are second with three wins and one loss so far this season.
Moments to Watch
West Coast Fever will celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the club’s origins as Perth Orioles, with a number of past players invited to attend Sunday’s game.
Tuesday this week marked 25 years to the day that the Perth Orioles played their first ever match, which was a hard fought 45-53 loss to the Sydney Sandpipers on April 12th, 1997.
Post-match, Courtney Bruce and Sasha Glasgow will also be acknowledged for reaching their 100th and 50th National League milestones respectively during away games over the last fortnight.
