7. The Green Army
The Green Army supported Fever in record numbers during 2025.
79,799 fans flocked to RAC Arena to watch Fever play during their eight home games but it was Grand Final Day when they came into their own.
In hostile territory, they cheered for their team and supported the all night long.
6. Beating the Swifts in Sydney
Heading into the Round Nine clash in Sydney, Fever were the team on the charge and the Swifts were the hunted.
Fever led from start to finish in a display which saw them cement second place on the ladder with a seventh consecutive victory, to move within a game of the ladder leaders after they defeated the NSW Swifts 79-68.
Superstar Jhaniele Fowler-Nembhard lead the charge for Fever with 71 goals.
5. First win in Adelaide since 2022
When Fever travelled to Adelaide in Round Six, they were chasing a fourth consecutive win in an environment which hadn’t been a happy hunting ground.
Fever’s victory was built off miserly defence which saw them lead by as much as 13 goals during the third quarter. However, when Georgie Horjus converted her fourth supershot of the final term, Fever’s lead had been cut to just three.
Enter Zoe Cransberg. Zoe pulled in a match winning gain to ensure Fever left Adelaide with the points for the first time since 2022.
4. Comeback Queens
In the dying minutes of the Round Four clash with the Lightning at RAC Arena, many thought the contest was going the way of the visitors.
Not Kadie-Ann Dehaney.
Dehaney entered from the bench in the final minutes and turned the tide. She took a rebound under the post and a turnover to propel the ball Fever’s way to secure an important two-goal win and draw Fever’s season tally to two wins and two losses.
3. 12,813 pack RAC
The Round 14 game against the Vixens always shaped as an epic and didn’t the Green Army know it!
They broke the Club’s own SSN Record for the highest attendance as 12,813 fans cheered Fever to a 12th consecutive win, securing top spot on the SSN ladder.
2. Jae’s return
After missing the first two games of the season, Jhaniele Fowler-Nembhard returned for the must-win clash against the Vixens in Round Three.
And what a return it turned out to be.
Fowler-Nembhard returned with an MVP performance as her 59 goals at 97 per cent led Fever to a 10-goal victory.
1. Stunning the Swifts
Fever was firing on all cylinders from start to finish in the Major Semi Final as they did not give the Swifts a chance, securing a 32-goal win and spot in the Grand Final.
The second quarter was where Fever blew the game apart, scoring 26 to 9 to take a 26-goal lead into half time.
Consistent dominance continued in the second half as the team in Green secured a record 13th consecutive win.
