West Coast Fever will take to the court, sporting a 2020 Members Dress, that features the names of this season’s members for Round 1 of the Suncorp Super Netball season.
With Fever set to play the first six rounds of the season away, the Club saw this as an opportunity to take our members into our first hit out and commemorate those who are on this journey with us.
The members dress initiative was first communicated to members back in 2019 as an opportunity to reward those members who renewed their membership early and provides a platform to celebrate the important role our members play in the Club.
West Coast Fever goal attack Kaylia Stanton said it is an absolute honour to step out in the members dress.
“Our members are some of the loudest and proudest in the league and to be able to take them out onto the court with us is great motivation as we strive to inspire and make them proud in these new circumstances,” said Stanton.
“The Fever Family is the heart and soul of our Club and we are so honoured to have the opportunity to showcase our appreciation for all their support.”
West Coast Fever Managing Director Simon Taylor said it was a great initiative for the Club.
“Our Club is more than just the 12 athletes in the squad,” said Taylor.
“It’s our members too that form the foundations of this Club and to be able to take them with us on this journey is something we are very proud of.”
West Coast Fever are set to play Adelaide Thunderbirds this Saturday in Queensland for the first match of the 2020 Suncorp Super Netball season.
If you are not yet a member and would like to support the Club in 2020 Supporter Memberships are still available here. A big thank you to our members who have pledged their membership for this year, we appreciate you.
