The Commonwealth Games are just over a week away, and the Green Army will have plenty of Fever talent to cheer on in Glasgow. Here’s your guide to who’s competing, how the netball pools work, when our athletes first take the court and how you can watch from Perth.
Fever will be represented by four athletes across England and Jamaica:
- Fran Williams (England – captain)
- Sasha Glasgow (England)
- Kadie-Ann Dehaney (Jamaica)
- Romelda Aiken-George (Jamaica)
Former West Coast Fever Coach Stacey Marinkovich will also lead the Australian Diamonds as Head Coach.
What to know:
The netball competition is split into two pools, with teams playing within their pool before the top sides progress to the medal rounds.
Pool A: Australia (1), England (4), South Africa (5), Malawi (8), Tonga (9), Northern Ireland (12)
Pool B: New Zealand (2), Jamaica (3), Wales (6), Uganda (7), Scotland (10), Trinidad & Tobago (11)
When to watch:
England will open their Glasgow 2026 campaign against Northern Ireland on Saturday, 25 July 2026, with the match starting at 9:00pm AWST for fans watching from Perth.
Jamaica will begin their Glasgow 2026 campaign against Trinidad and Tobago on Saturday, 25 July 2026, with the match starting at 2:00am AWST for Perth viewers.
The Australia Diamonds will take on Tonga on Saturday, 25 July at 6:00 PM AWST
