After a slow start to the season, Fever finished third on the ladder with a 4-3 record.
Tasmania, the Northern Territory and the ACT will compete in a Play-In Tournament from 9–11 June to determine their seedings for Finals Weekend from 12–14 June, where they will join all eight SN Reserves teams.
Fever will face QBE Swifts Academy in their semi-final on Friday, 12 June at 12pm WST.
Swifts Academy finished second on the ladder with a 5-2 record, with one of those losses coming against Fever.
When the two sides met in Round 4, Fever claimed a 10-goal win, led by a standout performance from 17-year-old Skyla Payne, who scored 41 goals.
Despite her age, Payne is ranked second in the league for goals scored and will be one to watch across the weekend.
At the other end, the experience of Fever training partners Caitlyn Brown and Scarlet Jauncey has proven crucial, with the pair applying relentless pressure to opposition shooters.
Head Coach Guy Keane said the group was excited for the opportunity after showing tremendous resilience throughout the season and overcoming a number of challenges.
“There have been moments where we have had to adapt quickly, manage player availability, travel demands and injuries, but the players have consistently found a way to stay connected, trust each other and keep improving,” he said.
“Swifts Academy are a quality side, and we know finals netball brings a different level of intensity, but our focus is on playing the Fever brand of netball that has got us to this point.
“The players have worked incredibly hard for this opportunity and we are looking forward to testing ourselves on the biggest stage of the season.”
If Fever win their semi-final, they will progress to the Grand Final on Sunday, 14 June at 10am WST. Otherwise, they will play off for bronze at 8am WST.
