Explosive Wing Attack Emma Cosh has re-signed with West Coast Fever for the 2022 Suncorp Super Netball season.
The speedy mid-courter who is also skilled at Goal Attack, recorded 98 goal assists from 158 circle feeds in 2021 and collected 129 centre receives as an important part of Fever’s attacking rotation.
Cosh, 28, said she was grateful and extremely excited to continue my journey with Fever.
“It’s a real privilege to have this opportunity and I am thankful I can continue to grow as a player to reach my full potential,” she said.
“Looking back on last season, although we didn’t get the end result, there were many positives and we have taken away some great learnings. I am really looking forward to building again in 2022.
“I believe as a club we are in a really great place, which is why I cannot wait to get back on court as a team and continue to grow and bring home a premiership. It’s also a really exciting time to have Dan entering the Fever family and I’m looking forward to developing my Wing Attack and Goal Attack game with him.
“In the West we have the most passionate and supportive fans, our Green Army, who give us the most unreal experience when playing at RAC Arena. The energy they bring is amazing.
“We are an extremely competitive team, who love to take on a challenge and I know we are even more determined heading into the 2022 season.”
Cosh has now played 26 national league games since making her debut with Fever in 2020 when she was elevated from the extended squad.
