Green Army,
Last Sunday was phenomenal both on and off the court, from our team to you, thank you for your incredible support.
We weren’t out to achieve any records, but it was a very special moment to set both the Suncorp Super Netball Record for Most Consecutive Wins and Regular Season Attendance.
Having 11,899 of you Gearing Up in Green was the best kind of motivation for us to hunt for that minor premiership, and I can only imagine what today will be like.
Well done to our two milestone athletes, Alice Teague-Neeld celebrating 100 (and one) games in the Green Dress and Kadie-Ann Dehaney for 100 National League Games games.
What a magical SSN Debut for Caitlyn Brown! It has been very special watching her grow through the West Australian pathway and what a way to cap off her week after winning the Jill McIntosh Medal for the third time.
We turn our attention to today as we take on the Melbourne Vixens in the last game of the regular season.
Today will be a tough match, the Vixens will be bring their best as they play for third place and a home final.
The whole squad have been working hard in training, locking in that minor premiership has made the team even more determined to keep that winning feeling going.
Let’s get ready to welcome Simone McKinnis, Kate Moloney and the whole squad to RAC Arena and show them what it’s like to play in front of a full crowd of the Green Army.
We need your support more than ever Green Army and we know that we can count on you to push us over the line.
