West Coast Fever stars Jess Anstiss and Jhaniele Fowler both feature in the Nissan Net Points Team of the Round following their contribution to Fever’s 25-goal win over Adelaide Thunderbirds in Round 11.
Anstiss notched up 67 Nissan Net Points playing Centre, where she had 15 goal assists from 23 feeds, four pick-ups and a gain.
Fowler scored 57 goals at 98 per cent accuracy and collected five rebounds to tally 102.5 Nissan Net Points and spearhead Fever’s win at RAC Arena.
Fowler is now more than 200 points ahead of her nearest rival on the Nissan Net Points leader board with a total of 934.5 and a game still in hand.
Nissan Net Points are Suncorp Super Netball’s stats-based scoring system, run by Champion Data, that measures every player action on the court.
Points are allocated for every statistic and if players make mistakes or cause turnovers, they lose points. At the end of the game, each player receives an individual Nissan Net Points score, which represents their contribution to the match.
