Mount Franklin’s role is as clear as the contents of every bottle: to proudly keep Australians hydrated and at their best. We want to keep Australia at its best too, which means doing the right thing for the Australian environment now and for future generations.
All single serve bottles of plain, still Mount Franklin water under 1 litre, as well as Mount Franklin Lightly Sparkling 450ml, are now proudly made from 100% recycled plastic. That is plastic that’s already had a previous life and is now living the dream again by holding crisp, clear Mount Franklin water.
Among all packaging types, 100% recycled plastic has one of the lightest environmental touches in terms of carbon footprint. But it doesn’t end here, all of our bottles (plus the caps and labels) are also 100% recyclable. So by putting them into the right bin, they have the chance to come back as new products and bottles without the need to use new plastics.
It’s all part of our aspiration for a “World without Waste” in which we aim to help recover and recycle one bottle or can for one we make, by 2030.
