Welcome back to RAC Arena! We’re so excited to be back in front of our home crowd after two rounds away.
We’ve embraced the challenged of consecutive weeks away and I’m so proud of how the team have handled themselves to secure two wins.
Sunday’s defensive performance against the Giants was essential to our win, her eight deflections and six gains often changing momentum back in our favour.
What a game last week was for Jae, her 9,000th goal serves as another reminder that she truly is the greatest of all time.
The Queensland Firebirds will no doubt be bringing their A game over to the West. They had the better of us earlier this season, but we’re determined to add a sixth consecutive win to our scoreboard today.
There’s nothing more encouraging than RAC Arena when it is packed full of the Green Army who are Feeling the Fever. From the looks of it, that’s exactly what we’re going to get today!
To those of you will be competing in the Fuel To Go & Play Association Championships this weekend, I wish you luck and hope today can bring you some motivation for finals tomorrow!
