Player Appearance Requests

West Coast Fever is committed to being involved in our community and value the opportunity to promote netball and a healthy lifestyle. While the players are eager to reach every fan, their availability is limited and submitting an application does not guarantee a player appearance. Requests for a player appearance must be received at least four weeks prior to your event and can be made by completing our online form. Please note: West Coast Fever team does not conduct coaching clinics on request. For general coaching clinic enquiries please contact info@netballwa.com.au

Player Request Criteria
  • West Coast Fever player appearances are community, school, club, charity or sponsor related.
  • Player appearances generally last one hour.
  • Appearance requests within the Perth metropolitan area are preferred.
  • There must be a clear role for the player at the event e.g. handing out awards, signing autographs etc.
  • Players will not participate in activities where there is a risk of injury.
Player Availability
  • Please review the Suncorp Super Netball fixture prior to making your request as appearances will not be scheduled on game days, travel days, or scheduled days off.
  • All appearances are dependent on the players training schedules, which can change at short notice. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appearance if a player becomes unavailable and we will notify your organisation as soon as we are aware of a conflict. Thank you for your interest in and support of West Coast Fever.

Donation Requests

Netball WA receive a large number of requests each year for donations from various organisations, clubs, schools and charities. In light of this, and given that Netball WA is a not for profit organisation, preference will be given to WA based netball Clubs and Associations, Netball WA endorsed schools and West Coast Fever's nominated charity, Shooting Stars.

All donation requests must be made in writing at least four weeks prior to the event and will be required to complete a Donation Request Form.  You must provide a cover letter with company letterhead along with your completed Donation Request Form and send to info@westcoastfever.com.auPlease click here for the Donation Request Form.

We will not accept:
  • Applications without a letter of authority and company letterhead 
  • Monetary donations or sponsorships
  • Any Items to be autographed from outside organisations. Items sent to West Coast Fever to be autographed, will not be considered and will be available for collection at Netball WA unsigned. Opportunities for autographs are generally available after each home game.
Successful applicants will be notified via email and it is preferred if donated items can be picked up from the Netball WA office, located at the State Netball Centre, 200 Selby Street, Jolimont. If collection is not possible, the cost of postage will be payable by the recipient, by sending a pre paid postbag to Netball WA.
