A former England International, Sara Francis-Bayman joined West Coach Fever as Assistant Coach leading into the 2024 Suncorp Super Netball season.
Previous to her role with Fever, Francis-Bayman was Netball WA’s Assistant Talent Coach for 2023 and helped WA to one of its best ever results at the National Netball Championships, when both sides brought home a medal.
She was Head Coach of the Loughborough Lightning in the Netball Super League between 2019 and 2021, a stint which saw the Lightning secure their first ever premiership in 2021 and a semi-final finish in 2019.
She has international coaching experience as Scotland’s Assistant Coach at the 2023 Netball World Cup and 2022 Commonwealth Games.
During her playing career, she represented the English Roses on 84 occasions and played in two Commonwealth Games and two World Cups.
