International defender Stacey Francis-Bayman has been a key member of West Coast Fever’s team since arriving at the club in 2017, where she has built a reputation as one of the league’s fiercest defenders.

The talented English Rose showed her versatility at both Goal Defence and Wing Defence for Fever in 2021, shutting down some of the most dangerous attackers in the game and recording 33 deflections, 17 gains and 10 intercepts along the way.

Francis-Bayman was part of England’s bronze medal winning teams at the Vitality Netball World Cup in 2011 and 2015, and Commonwealth Games in 2010.

In 2017 she was inducted into the University of Bath’s Hall of Fame for Sport.
