Fever partners with Linley Valley Pork on multi-year deal

Western Australia’s largest fresh pork supplier, Linley Valley Pork, has joined West Coast Fever as a Major Partner for the next three years.

The partnership will see Linley Valley Pork feature prominently on the West Coast Fever playing dress for the 2019-2021 Suncorp Super Netball seasons.

At the grassroots level, Linley Valley Pork has joined Netball WA as a Partner for three years, and will activate at major events, helping to feed the thousands of participants at the Association Championships, West Australian Netball League Grand Final and NAIDOC Netball Carnival.

The announcement was made at an event at the State Netball Centre today, with chef Gus Gallagher cooking up Linley Valley Pork products for Fever players and staff, Netball WA staff and members of the media.

Peter Spackman, General Manager of Meat and Livestock for Craig Mostyn Group said “We’re delighted to partner with the Netball WA and the West Coast Fever. The popularity of the sport in Western Australia and recent success of the Fever is testament to the strong work they have done in growing the popularity of sport in Western Australia.”

“Pork is a nutritious, versatile and affordable protein. Our ambition is to popularise the use of pork in mainstream meals. We believe our new partnership with Netball in WA provides us with a fantastic way to tell our story, while supporting a sport we know our avid consumers are passionate about.”

Netball WA Chief Executive Officer Simon Taylor was delighted to welcome Linley Valley Pork to the Fever Family.

“We are thrilled to start an exciting relationship with Linley Valley Pork,” Taylor said.

“As a West Australian organisation, we are continually looking to partner with West Australian brands, and we’re certainly looking forward to developing a strong and meaningful partnership with Linley Valley Pork.”

“The support of corporate partners like Linley Valley Pork, is integral to the future of the West Coast Fever Netball Club, and we are certainly looking forward to a strong year with Linley Valley Pork behind us.”

The announcement comes a fortnight after the Club extended their partnership with Healthway, which will see them support the LiveLighter message, while Linley Valley Pork joins the City of Perth, the West Coast Eagles, the University of Western Australia and Di Bella Coffee as the Clubs Major Partners.

Based in the Great Southern Region, Linley Valley Pork is Western Australia’s leading pork supplier and believes that the best flavour comes from the most cared for animals, raised and prepared with integrity in the purest of environments.
